Subject: NFHS Part 2 Examination Notice for Officials

This is being sent to all licensed KHSAA Football Officials as of August 13, 2018, and to all Football Assigning Secretaries. Assigners are asked to also forward this notice via arbiter. Because this is being sent via electronic script, it is likely that direct replies will not be received by the staff.
 
The NFHS Football Part 2 Test is available to be taken online between midnight Eastern Time on August 13 and midnight Eastern Time on August 27. The test will automatically close exactly at that time even if tests are in progress.
 
Login at https://officials.khsaa.org/ to take the test. A minimum score of 80 on the exam is required to be considered for assignment to officiate postseason play.
 
First-year officials are NOT required to take the exam, however, if any first-year official has completed licensing requirements, the test may be taken.
 
Any official determined to have been involved in the improper administration of the exam, including taking it for another official or having it taken by another official, will have the score disregarded for the year and be subject to other penalties in compliance with the jurisdiction of the office through the Federal Court Decree.
 
There will be no late administration of the Part 2 exam.
