BLOCKING DATES

With at least 2 new schools and the possibility of more on the Varsity side, and the 41 Middle Schools covering 4 different Conferences…It is very important that you keep your blocked dates updated. I know that life happens, but birthdays and anniversaries don’t change. I need for you to commit to as many Friday nights as possible.

THE LITTLE THINGS

Please take care of what you need to do to be considered in good standing with the association. Get licensed if new…re-licensed by the appropriate time if returning. Our Policy Board has set June 30th as the date that Association Dues for returning members($50.00) should be tendered to Treasurer David Cornelius either through mail or through PayPal Account cmcins@bellsouth.net If you use PayPay be sure to send “Friends and Family”. After June 30th the Dues will be ($75.00) If this is your first year officiating and joining the Association…you have until Meeting #3 to decide if you want to be part of the Association and your dues will be $50.00. After Meeting #3 your dues will be $75.00

Clinic and Part II exam should be completed when available.

To be post season eligible you must:

1. Attend one of the two scheduled Summer Clinics June 8th or 26th or Make-up Clinic which will be either July 13th or 20th (TBA)
2. Attend 5 regular season meetings*** from beginning to completion (Unless excused early by Assigning Secretary)
3. View Clinic Online
4. Complete Part II exam with appropriate score
*** One of the regular season meeting requirements can be satisfied if a single group of 7 works a KHSAA sanctioned scrimmage. These are the games that we will use for 7-man training and evaluation for Rounds 3 – 5 of the State Playoffs (Video Review). I will try to assign as many regular season games 7-man as I can or schools request. If you want to be in consideration for either of the deep wing positions…I would suggest you take every opportunity to work 7-Man in the preseason even if you can only receive a meeting credit for one.

If you have any questions…please feel free to contact me.
